I have simply not had much time to explore JavaScript and the many extensions it has. The mouseover event occurs when a mouse pointer comes over an element, and mouseout when it leaves. Rather the efficient way is to create a user-defined function that will take account of the image source and cooperate with the mouse hover effects. In JavaScript, we follow up on some specific code block or method to perform the task of changing an image on mouse hover. I do however have programming experience, so I am not opposed to using any other external JS libraries which would be more suited to my goals. hover () Method to Change Image on Hover.
